| Here are some compiled bits that can help us overcome fear of people and encourage us to speak the truth when it needs to be said in light of the words of the Messenger (Õáì Çááå ÚáÃÃ¥ æ Óáã) in 'as-Silsilah as-Sahihah' (168): "A man should not let his intimidation by people prevent him from speaking the truth if he knows it, witnesses it, or hears it." |
| We don't have any expectations from those who've made it their mission to struggle against everything that stands in their way, from the Path of Guidance, nor should we be surprised at their attempts. Rather we should expect much more than this. |
| Reflect upon the history of all famous reputable scholars of the past and present, whose names we echo daily such as the four Imams, those before them and those after them like Imam Bukhari and Ibn Taymiyyah. They were all tortured, imprisoned and accused with falsity. Allah (azza wajall) made out of them legends whose names will be heard and supplicated for until the Day of Judgment because they endured their trials with patience and steadfastness to the truth. |
| The Muslim ummah is something bountiful and fertile. If one voice becomes silent, there are a thousand voices behind it to take its place. If one orator dies, Allah will bring forth a thousand others like him. |
